Lilah Helton

Senior Director | Legacy and Gift Planning

Seattle Children's

Lilah P. Helton is the Senior Director of Legacy & Gift Planning at Seattle Children’s Foundation. She oversees the strategic direction and operations of the planned giving program and is responsible for integrating planned gifts across all development efforts.

With over 19 years of experience, Lilah focuses on building cross-departmental collaboration and leading effective marketing and stewardship initiatives. During the organization’s last $1.4 billion capital campaign, she helped lead the planned giving component, which secured over $330 million in documented and realized future gifts.

Her current responsibilities include advising major gift staff, managing the professional advisors volunteer leadership group, overseeing estate administration, and leading a team of five development professionals. Lilah holds a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (C.S.P.G.) designation.
